12. Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Park – I35W and Cty. Rd. I – no fee – there is another entrance to the park on Fairview Ave. 2 blocks east of the entrance right off the freeway – turn left onto Fairview from Cty. Rd. I and go to the dead end of Fairview and there is a large field
13. Rush Creek Regional Trail Area -on 101st Av. N. between 169 and Winnetka Ave. – take 169 N and turn right after Grace Church – large field – about 4 TDs worth – free – sandburs by side of road
